No. TRAVEL VIP is an independent ticket service. Shibuya Sky is operated on top of Shibuya Scramble Square; we are not the operator and not affiliated with it. We say this on every page and at checkout.

Your e-ticket with a QR code is emailed to you as soon as the payment is approved — usually within minutes. Show it on your phone at the Sky Gate on the 14th floor of Shibuya Scramble Square. Nothing to print.

Both include the Sky Gallery (indoor 360° deck) and the Sky Stage open-air rooftop. Standard is any daytime slot. Sunset is a timed entry in the 90 minutes before sundown, so you get daylight, dusk and the neon switch-on in one visit. Sunset slots are limited and sell out first.

A priority lane at Sky Gate (no general queue), escorted access to the Sky Stage rooftop and one welcome drink. Everything else is the same as the standard visit.

Yes. Free cancellation and free date changes up to 24 hours before your slot. Use the booking reference in your confirmation email. Inside the 24-hour window the ticket is non-refundable — see the Refund Policy.

Sky Stage is an open-air deck and closes in high wind, heavy rain or lightning. The indoor Sky Gallery stays open and your ticket remains valid — no refund is due, because the visit still happens. If the whole facility closes, you get a full refund or a free date change.

Children aged 6 to 12 need a child ticket. Under 6 enter free but must still be counted in the booking and accompanied by an adult on the rooftop at all times.

Prices are shown and charged in Japanese yen (JPY). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts at its own rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee.

Yes. Your card details are encrypted inside your browser with RSA-OAEP-256 wrapped AES-256-GCM before any request leaves your device, and the connection is TLS 1.3. We never see or store your full card number or CVV.

Most people spend 60 to 90 minutes. There is no time limit on the Sky Gallery; the rooftop is weather-dependent and can be busy around sunset.
